Artifact of Pygmy:

• Reduces allied team size to 25%.
• Reduces movement speed to 50%. (It felt bad being so small and so slow so I boosted the speed)

Artifact of Regulation:

• Instead of hunting for pure damage dealing items, it gives them to you on level-up!
• Money and Experience reduced to 75%.
• Every even level, gain Lens-Maker's Glasses. If you already have 10, gain Armor-Piercing Rounds instead.
• Every odd level, gain Tri-Tip Daggers. If you already have 10, gain Stun Grenades instead.
• Lens-Maker's Glasses and Tri-Tip Daggers are untradeable and stay in your inventory as a permanent stat increase. They also can't be dropped by enemies or spawn in printers.
