WARNING
Some item mods have a few problems, either unfinished/unpolished models or duplicates of the same items. If any of them aren't suitable for you there's an item blacklist on the survivor menu to pick and choose whatever.
I'm constantly on the watch for new mods to add to this so I'm sure there'll be further updates.
