Adds the primary skill "DIRECTIVE: Obliterate" for rex. Slow fire rate sniper-like laser with high damage and inflicts the weakened debuff but it does not heal.
This mod also changes the skill "DIRECTIVE: Inject"'s name to "Seed Rifle" to match the theme of plant and robot based abilities.
