Junk Cube Scrap Fix
I was thinking to also call this scrappy junk cubes. Basically brings back the ror2 1.4.0 junk cube functionality where putting a C U B E in your S A C K and smacking your S A C K on the floor generates scrap again. Hopefully this was done in a way that will not intrude on other mods that affect drifter/junk cube.
