Survivors - MUL-T

MUL-T has, in theory, the widest possible array of loadouts. That being said, small imbalances in its primaries and specials a large number of those loadouts obsolete. My goal is to expand MUL-T's list of good loadouts to encompass more of its possible ones.
Base Character (buff)
- Base acceleration increased from 30 to 80, to match most other survivors in the game.
Comments: MUL-T feels a bit slow and clunky due to the lower acceleration, which is a completely hidden stat. It just feels like an unfair advantage given to other survivors.
Default Primary | Rebar Puncher (buff)
- Damage icnreased from 600% to 700%.
Comments: Rebar Puncher is really good in double rebar builds, sure, but outside of that? I've never felt any inclination to use it, because its damage output is just not that good. I hope this will make it have more impact.
Alternate Primary | Scrap Launcher (buff)
- Projectile velocity increased by 25%.
- Restock speed is now affected by attack speed.
Comments: Scrap Launcher has reliability problems but a small velocity increase should fix the worst of them. Like how artificer's primaries were changed to be affected by attack speed in the update, this too now has its reload affected by attack speed.
Alternate Primary | Power-Saw (buff)
- Now has the Agile property; can be used without canceling sprinting.
- Damage per second increased from 1000% to 1100%.
Comments: Power Saw could already be used while sprinting through a likely unintended interaction, but this change makes it feel better to use. In addition, the small increase to the damage should help it not get overshadowed by Auto-Nailgun (though I might do something else in the future).
Default Utility | Transport Mode (buff)
- Speed multiplier increased from 2.2x to 2.5x.
- Damage increased from 250% to 300%.
Comments: Transport Mode feels a bit clunky to me, but I also feel that the clunkiness is part of its charm. So instead, to make it feel a bit more useful I'm just going to make it go faster and hit harder. The better base survivor acceleration also goes a long way to make it feel smoother.
Default Special | Retool (tweak)
- Now reloads all stocks of your primary when used (affects Scrap Launcher and Visions of Heresy).
Comments: Inspired by Risky_Lives's RiskyMod. Just makes certain loadouts more viable.
Alternate Special | Power Mode (nerf)
- Power Mode armor bonus decreased from 100 to 60 (damage reduction 50% -> 37.5%).
- Power Mode cooldown increased from 5s to 8s.
- Power Mode now has a timer (indicated with a reworked buff icon that uses its stack count to count down). After 8 seconds of sustained power mode usage, the skill automatically ends.
Comments: Power Mode is a bit too omnipresent for what is essentially a 2x damage multiplier. In order to keep it a bit more even with Retool, it now has an 8 second time limit and an 8 second cooldown to give it at most 50% uptime, in addition to slightly reduced defensive benefits.
