General - SOTS Adjustments

- Halcyonite Shrines have fewer rare drops on average (rarities balanced to be only slightly better than basic chests), and now pull from all drops equally instead of favoring SOTS items.
- Prime Meridian geode reward is no longer locked to SOTS items and has fewer rare drops on average (same as above), but now cannot include "Stage Start" items (including Rusted Key, Shipping Request Form, Regenerating Scrap, and Sale Star) which you generally don't want right before a boss.
- I always found it annoying that SOTS items are thrust upon you when interacting with the Path of the Colossus. It takes out a lot of build options, or at least makes them less like. This is no longer the case.
- Prime Meridian geodes now include shields when granting percent barrier (Transcendance users rejoice).
