Difficulty - Eclipse

- Rather than halving ally starting health (and thus unfairly nerfing most ally items), has a different effect.
- Now increases the director credits of the boss wave of teleporter events (essentially half a Mountain Shrine with no upside).
Comments:
Personally, I actually like most eclipse levels in vanilla. While they can be annoying to deal with, they teach important skills for higher-level gameplay. That being said, Eclipse 1 does nothing, both in that it really doesn't add any extra challenge, and that it doesn't help teach the player anything. Therefore, I'm replacing it with a more interesting modifier, and one that doesn't screw over several items in the game at random. This particular modifier was based on Nuxlar's EclipseRevamped mod. If you use it or another Eclipse rework mod, turn this off in the config.
