POOM Delivery Service Text Mod

This is a sort of in-joke text mod I was developing with my friends. The story is as follows:

Within the world of Risk of Rain, there are numerous items that need to be found for the survivors to make their way through the worlds and, gods willing, strike down mithrix. However, not many people stop to think about a very simple question; Where are all these items coming from? Who's sending them, how did they even get here, and why are they in nice chests buried partially in the ground?

Well, thankfully, we have an answer for just such a question. Welcome to POOM, an awful, backwater planet of nothing but sand and rocks as far as the eye can see. MilkCo has set up a facility on this planet, and staffed it with the smallest amount of people possible. These are our 4 main workers; Avery, Bastian, S.A.M, and Rook.

Bastian is a robot, posing as a human, that should legally not even be alive. He had his mind transferred into a new body 70 years after his original builds death, and now is hiding out on POOM, under the employment of MilkCo. He handles packaging the items and sending them off to the hanger for shipment.

Avery is the local robots expert, talented with all things machine. She helps repair the drones, fix up busted items, and create the chests in which they are stored. She can be a bit tempermental should you decide to step foot in her workshop, so best to keep your distance.

S.A.M is the handler of all things massive. He is a gigantic robot who works, mainly, within the hanger of the POOm facility, taking in shipments from the few ships that dock there from time to time, and moving massive crates of packaged items to said hanger, where they are stored and, eventually, launched down into the planets below to help the survivors on their mission.

Rook is a small goblin woman, seemingly taking any and all open jobs at the facility she can manage. She handles the cannons which launch the chests down to the planets, she mines Equ-Pulvis, the highly energized material used to power and seal the chests for delivers, and overall just causes a mess when she can. For fun, really.

These 4 people make up the staff on POOM and are always doing their best to get you the items you need, when you need them.

Remember, when space-twinks need obliteration, POOM will be there.
