LaIncubadabra Revived

This mod re-tiers the unused item called "Ancestral Incubator" to Green tier, making it a findable item during runs.

HUGE thanks to RumblingJOSEPH and iDeathHD for bearing my stupidity during the making of this mod!

Removed WarCryOnCombat and TempestOnKill since they werent functioning properly.
They wont be coming back as this mod is supposed to only bring back 1 item in total so, maybe someday!
