Added new optimization options in config that disable different parts of bayonetta's hair/ribbon/whatever physics. Use these if you are ever running into performance issues! Specifically:
Colliders_Off: keeps dynamic bones enabled but removes the colliders on bayonetta's body
Dynamic_Off_Visible: turns off dynamic bones but keeps the elements like hair and ribbons visible.
Dynamic_Off_Not_Visible: turns off dynamic bones and hides the afformentioned elements.
Added footstep sounds and vfx
Bayo is now back to using her custom spawn state yayyyyyy
Improved bayonetta's hair physics sorta kinda
Fixed bug that made it so the freezeframe and kiss states would cause all players in multiplayer to lose their ui
The different survivor icons used for each skin now show up in the in-game UI

Reverted bayo's custom spawn state
This spawn state was already scuffed and held together by hopes and dreams, but it seems to fuck with networking bad and cause bayo to break in multiplayer. Bayo will use the standard survivor pod in the meantime while I try to fix this
Fixed bug relating to the LBD camera taunt where if one bayo used the taunt, all the other bayos' cameras would snap to the taunting bayo

Now doing the skindef optimization thingy
The punish prompt when getting close to an enemy no longer appears if Bayonetta is in the middle of another skill
Having the prompt appear in this scenario lead to a bug that allowed Bayonetta to infinatley activate interactable items such as fireworks
I will add a more elegant way of alerting the player when an enemy is punishable eventually
ABK's shooting state (state from holding m2 down after ABK) has been adjusted in order to flow better:
The shooting state itself has been shortened, but Bayonetta will now shoot during the main ABK state as long as the m2 button is held down
The bullets from the shooting state now juggle nearby enemies
Bayonetta's guns are now hidden during some of her taunts
