Stops QueensGland from spawning Beetle Guards on top of you when visiting the bazaar, to avoid them pushing the player off of the spawnpoint and making them fall off the stage.

README
When a player has Queen's Gland in their inventory, Allied Beetle Guards can spawn on Bazaar before the player does, this is particularly dangerous with multiple players or beetle guards, as they can cause the player(s) to clip through and fall from the starting path and take fall damage, possiblly losing consumables or dying in eclipse. This mod prevents that by disabling the item's spawn logic when on the Bazaar.
As no enemies spawn in this scene, losing your beetle friend temporarily should not affect your run in any way.
