Adds:
- (Drop rates configurable) Boss items drop from killing Champions and Bosses instead of by the teleporter
- (Config to disable) Removes Overgrown (boss item) printers
- (Config to disable) Reworks Trophy Hunters Tricorn
- (Config to disable) Retiers Wake of Vultures
Tricorn rework:
Target a champion to cripple, hemorrhage, and deal massive damage. When it does, the targeted enemy is guaranteed to drop its item.
Wake of Vultures rework:
Now Boss tier. Drops from Horde of Many.
