Note; I make mods for fun. Please respect this and do not beg for additions/fixes.
This mod allows you to have enemies spawn with items based on the difficulty, your items, and other ways.
There is currently no item blacklist, and this is probably broken with R2API 2.0, feel free to fix that on github
Install: Have BepInEx 1.3.1, and ConfigUIController 1.0.0 in R2API. put this mod's .dll file in BepInEx/Plugins
