HalloweenSkinpack
Adds 1 (for now) skin themed around Halloween!
Yes a skinpack should contain more than 1 skin but too bad I don't care 
(and more will come soon™).
And as alluded to in the manifest it is December and not October however, consider the fact that Halloween is awesome.

Im too lazy to update these images but the inside of the cloak is darker now so it doesn't look as weird
