This is a commissioned skin mod that makes Commando look like an anthro rat.
The model was created by @kis_soft on Twitter.
The guns are Max's luger, from Sam & Max Season 1 (Sam & Max Save the World).
I recommend getting R2modman.
To install manually, follow these instructions:
Download & install BepInExPack
Extract the .dll file into the \Risk of Rain 2\BepInEx\plugins folder
All good to go!
No known issues exist.
