Mystic's Risky 2 Utils
This is a library required by some of TheMysticSword's mods. Does not add any content on its own.
DO NOT use this library for creating your own mods.
End-user changelog:
- Added string option support
- Fixed tier 2 elites from dependent mods appearing too early with certain other mods
