Expands every survivor's loadout menu with skills from other survivors. All skills that function properly have been added to the menu (any skills that aren't present do not work.)
Be prepared for missing animations and other weird behavior, but nothing is particularly broken.
VERSION 1.1.0 CHANGELOG:
- Added the new skills from the artifact update to this mod's skill manifest
- Added Engineer's new harpoons to all surviors.
- Did not add any of the new skills to any other survivors, as none of them work on other survivors.
