Robomando Mod

This mod adds everyone's least favorite survivor from Risk of Rain Returns, in all of his stupid glory. He's not a good survivor, but that's the point.

      *Now called Re-Wire
      *Can no longer re-wire Halcyon Beacons on Gilded Coast
      *Can now re-wire printers.
            *When re-wiring a printer, you will get a scrap of the same rarity as the printer item
            *However, the printer will then be destroyed
      *Re-wire animation speed now scales with attack speed.

-Changed Single Shot:
      *Changed base damage from 80% to 100% to reflect damage values in ROR2 more accurately

-Changed De-Escalate:
      *Changed base damage from 180% to 300% to reflect damage values in ROR2 more accurately
      *Increased base cooldown from 2s to 3s

-Changed Evasive Maneuver
      *Getup animation speed now scales with attack speed

-Added a lot of config options. Options include
      -Change ability damage
      -Change ability Proc Coefficient
      -Change ability cooldown
      -Change Re-Wire failure cooldown
      -Change Re-Wire duration
      -Change Evasive Maneuver Getup Animation Time
      -Disable any skin

A lot of these config options were taken from Gemo's Robomando Skin mod, which I encourage you all to check out (https://thunderstore.io/package/noodleGemo/REFURBISHED_ROBOMANDO/). I may or may not add more options later.

These config options are unsynced for multiplayer as of right now. Use with caution
