Adds a bunch of horrible skills, please don't use this mod.

• Added a bunch of new stuff
• Anything that reworked and replaced a skill is now a separate ability, often a passive
• For some reason i'm obsessed with ion surge
• Still need to add configs and actual icons for the new abilities, which is why this isn't 1.3.0 yet

• Fixed a golem's eye not working, i was basically just being stupid while adding the config
• Added 3 new skills, 1 mando primary, 1 loader secondary, 1 acrid secondary
• Merc is no longer white, as per request of Uix62#9392 since they wanted to play mario tennis
• Added a config for splinter bolt not to replace flurry, yall can stop yelling at me now
• I kinda took a break from modding, mainly due to mental health stuff, but i guess now i'm back

• Changed a lot of values for different skills based on a feedback from @XayahNeko#0001, if anything is still unbalanced you may publicly shame them
• Folk were complaining about me making merc cyan, so i made him white instead
• Added an option to make merc gay
