Applying Blight refreshes the duration of all Blight Dots
Just like how Bleed refresh all of their Dots.
This would obviously be a huge buff to Blight, but in a way where you still need to continuously stay aggressive.
Config to shorten the duration of refreshed buffs if so desired. (ie only Refreshes up to 3s)
