Seekers of the Storm Item Buffs

This mod aims to make some of the worse items from the DLC better until we get official rebalances.
Each item has a config to disable the changes.
If you're here for just fixes, you can disable all the buffs too.\

Item Changes

Icon Name/Effect

White Items

Knockback Fin
Now has a 10% (+10% per stack) chance. (Still hyperbolic, ~9.1% at one stack)
Fixed the chance not working with Luck.
Now deals 80% TOTAL damage when knocking around enemies. (This attack has a proc of 0)
Now works on airborne enemies, knocking them down instead. (This can deal mild fall damage.)
Now works on bosses & champions. (at reduced knockback)
Now has a cooldown per enemy of 0.5s (Vanilla is 5s)

Proc damage inspired by Boxing Glove from RoR:Returns.
For times where the knockback is not the most deseriable thing, at least it does damage now.
Antler Shield
Always reflects damage.
Reflect damage increased to 100%. No longer stacks.
Reflect damage limited to 800% (+800% per stack) of your damage.
Reflect damage procCoeff now 0.25
Now gives 6 (+6 per stack) Armor.

Stacking won't be as good on small but still allows you to reflect really big hits.
This item idea can work. Maybe not the best as a white. But the vanilla stats are a joke.
The armor also helps so taking damage is less bad.
(If only Fix enabled, fixes chance not working with Luck)
Chronic Expansion
Capped buff amount at 3 (+1 per stack).
Damage per stack lowered to 2.5%
Damage at max buffs is 30% (+20% per stack)

Now needs 4 kills per buff. (Instead of 5)
Now resets after 7 seconds. (7s of no hurting/killing instead of 5s)

Fixes attacks with 0 proc coeff not resetting the timer.
Fixes the timer not being reset when hitting a variety of enemies.
Fixed the damage at 1 item stack being 6%.
Fixed* the damage granted not scaling with level ups. (*Unclear if this is a bug or bad design decision)

Should be a more consistently useful item, while cutting some edge cases. (Forgive me please spam).
Bolstering Lantern
Now activates at 90% health.
Now grants 20% (+20% per stack) movement speed instead of damage.
Fixed it not working on enemies.

Easier activation method is something requested often.
Another speed white should help balance things out and the mod makes 2 other whites better damage options too.
Warped Echo
Echoed damage now triggers Repulsion Armor.
Echoed damage now triggers Planula.
Echoed damage no longer puts you into danger.
-This means it no longer messes up Shield, Opal and Slug
Fixed bug where you would NOT go into Danger if the hit that triggered Echo didn't do Green Health damage.
Now shows a debuff when Echoed damage is incoming. (this is in vanilla just hidden)
Fixed Echoed damage applying Eclipse 8 Curse. (it normally applies curse twice)
Fixed Echoed damage not being Non-Lethal when original hit triggered OSP. (Yes this is a bug, they just messed it up)

This item shouldn't border on Lunar status and obvious synergies not working is bad.

Green Items

Unstable Transmitter
Now deals 3500% (+700% per stack) damage.
Now deals damage in a range of 35. (up from 25)
Now grants 5 seconds of Immune instead of 2 seconds of Hidden Invincibility.
Fixed it not working before Elixirs. (The item normally never activates if you have Elixir ready)
Luminous Shot
Changed damage to 80% (+80% per stack) per second of secondary cooldown.
(ie: 3s cooldown for 240%, 1.6x of normal, 8s cooldown for 640%, 4.26x that of normal. )

Can now Proc things. (Good with bands)
Stacking no longer increases maximum charges.
Fixed not properly using the damage stat. Making it not work with damage stat ups.

Damage scaling with cooldown will make it consistent on everyone.
(Still technically worse DPS wise than Shuriken, but a lot better than vanilla)
Noxious Thorn
Now has a 33% chance.
Fixed the chance not working with Luck.
Now inflicts 2 (+1 per stack) debuffs.
Now inflicts bleed + every Other present stackable debuff at the same time.
Fixed it not applying multiple stacks of bleed.
Fixed it not applying more debuffs.
Fixed it applying DoTs based on Coeff that triggered the attack.**
Fixed it using the damage stat of the enemy that triggered the attack.**
Fixed the Strong Burns applied by it being weaker than normal Burns.
Fixed it not applying more Essence of Heresy stacks.

Higher chance and more debuffs should help it's intended effects.
Should be more in line with Razorwires damage output.
**It is unclear if this is somehow intended. If it is, it is stupid but would increase the damage of DoTs. It's also why in vanilla enemies sometimes attack the enemy that triggered your Nox Thorn.
Prayer Beads
Fixed always counting as -1 item stack if you scrapped it.
Fixed counting as one less than what you have when printed.
Now is +10% stats per stack.
No longer appears in printers.

Red Items

War Bonds
Now grants 120 (+80 gold) on stage start. (no longer scales with level)
Now grants upwards of a 30% attack speed boost and 40% speed boost based on money you have. Capping at 400 gold. (Scales with Time)

Stat boost inspired by Golden Gun from RoR:Returns.
(If fix only then fix it giving 25 less gold than intended)
Growth Nectar
Buff can now be activated consecutively. (Instead of only getting the buff again after it runs out; Fix)

Fixed the following items not counting as buffs:
-Runald & Kjaros Band
-Singularity Band
-Safer Spaces
-Bens Raincoat
-Spectral Circlet

Now counts the following items as buffs:
-Cautious Slug
-Rose Buckler
-Frost Relic
Runic Lens
Removed the 50% proc chance cap.
Removed the 7500% damage cap.

This item is still like paradoxically better on small frequent hits for overall dps instead of large hits.
Electric Boomerang
Now shocks for 5s instead of stunning stacking a lot of stun.

Meant to be for fun. Slightly better against crowds, worse against stunning single targets. Damage is the same.

Elites

Twisted Elites
Limited thorn reflect range to 42m. (The bubble itself is 30.5m large as comparison)
0.0 Proc Coeffiecent. This means elite effects like Malachite aren't applied by thorns
Short Cooldown. (Prevents multiple thorns from shotgun attacks & makes rapid procs not instantly kill you)
Now have 18x health (instead of 13x) and 7x damage (instead of 10x), to better match stats of other Tier 2s.

This should make them far less evil. The range limit makes "staying further away" an actual counter strategy.

Fixes Chance Dolls Shrine effect being invisible.
Fixes Unstable Transmitters model being too high.
Fixes War Bonds model being half black.
Fixes Lum Shots effect having blue light because it's a copy of Charged Perferators effect.
AI Blacklists Chronic Expansion and Warped Echo as it still seems to cause enemies to glitch out randomly.

Fixes Burns and Poisons removing all DoT effects when they end.
Removes Burns Buff staying for 1 second longer than the actual damage effect.

v1.2.0 - Quick Fix for 1.3.5

Nerfed Gilded Elite health to 4x. (As they are confirmed to get a health nerf)
Fixed Sonch Whispers 3 + 1% to be 4 + 1%.

Kept the Nox Thorn Fixes invasive as is. 
-But updated to do 3 bleeding if FixOnly. (Even tho they fixed it, they of course typoed)
-Still 2 Bleeds with if Changed, but 37.5% chance now to make up the damage difference. 
(3 Bleed 25% of the time is 180% damage, 2 bleed 33% is 160% (like Razorwire), but with 37.5% its 180%. Changed Nox still a more consistent item.)


v1.1.10 - Fixed a nullref spam on clients involving Frost Relic.

Moved 0 proc coeff attacks resetting Chronic Timer to "Fix".
This also fixes certain enemies not counting for resetting the chronic timer.

Luminous Shot can now proc.
Luminous Shot no longer gives secondary cooldown reduction.
Luminous Shot damage now 80% per second of base cooldown on your secondary.
(240% for 3s, 400% for 5s, 640% for 8s, etc)
(Better on a lot of characters, worse on specifically REX/Railgunner where its only 80%)
(Still worse than Shuriken dps wise, but at least technically consistent DPS now.)

Made Bolstering Lantern start working at 90% hp. (I hate this item)
Made Growth Nectar Buff only play once per buff.

Fixed Burns, Blight and Poison deleting all DoTs when the last stack ends. (Vanilla Bug, really bad for Bleed/Collapse and stuff for Arti/Acrid/Chef)

Fixed beneficial vanilla bug where you wouldnt go into danger when Warped Echo first triggers, If you had too much Shield/Barrier. (One line of code does this)

Made Chronic Expansion count damage with 0 proc (such as every DoT) as "combat" (Idk if this is a fix or just weird)
Chronic now 10% (+5%) but cap of 3 (+1) in way where one stack is still 30% damage.
(30/3 60/4 90/5 120/6, etc.)
(Harder to reach full potential with higher stacks, so it isn't just automatically better than Watches on loops)
(But also to keep it's "stacking" Expansion theme better)

Fixed Knockback Fin not working with Luck Stat

Fixed Knockback Fin cooldown not being as described on page (Was 0.1 instead of 0.5).

Antler Shield now has a proc of 0. (Thought this was in already)
Antler Shield reflect damage no longer stacks.

(Stacking it more, still increasing it's viability against big hits)
(But makes it worse against small hits so Razorwire can get the win there)

Fixed Lum Shot not scaling with other damage up items.

Unstable Transmitter now 700% per stack (instead of 875%)

Twisted Elite damage now 7x. (They lack an onhit effect)

v1.0.8 - Nerfs & Buffs
(Pushing this update because left over debug code made someones game lag)

Upped Twisted range to 42 (up from 21).
-(Such low range is an overnerf alongside the cooldown nerf)
Twisteds now have the same HP & Damage as other Tier 2 elites. 


Knockback Fin
-Knock-Down now pushes enemies away like the Knock-Up.
-Now deals 80% Total Damage
(I want the Knockback part to play more of a role instead of just being Sticky Bomb 2)


Bolstering Lanter health now 80%. (75% is alright but this item still isn't good)


Antler Shield:
-Now has a damage limit of 1000%(+1000% per stack) of your damage.
-Now 6 armor per item.
(The idea that big hits = big reflect is interesting and can be fun)
(But this item super out performs Razorwire and Nox thorn. And it shredded Mithrix)


Chronic Expansion:
-Now needs 4 kills.
-Now capped at 3 buffs.
-Now +10 per stack instead of 5. 
-Now thinks of combat as 7 seconds. (Instead of 5, it uses it's own definition of combat)
(This is a multi kill item, and for this mod I want items to keep their theme)
(Maximum 30% extra damage per item. "Harder to fulfil condition than 20% dmg white items" ig as the balancing idea)


Warped Echo now shows a debuff for "incoming Echoed damage". 
(This is already set up in the game they just decided to hide it.)
Fixed mod allowing Echoed damage to kill you on Fall Damage & Blood Shrines.

Electric Boomerang now shocks instead of stuns.
War Bands now 30 attack speed.

AIBlacklisted Warped Echo and Chronic Expansion (because apparently it can still cause invulnerable enemies?)
Removed some left over debug stuff.

-(Instead of setting you as the attacker, it set the enemy that hit you. This made enemies mad at each other since technically they attacked each other)
--(Enemies do double damage to each other and are higher level than you so the item might do a lot less damage now?*)
-Fixed Noxious Thorn not applying Strong Burns correctly (5th bug with this item)
-Fixed Noxious Thorn not applying extra Essence of Heresy stacks (6th bug with this item)
*Changes
Now has a 33% chance to proc
Now adds 2 + 1 debuff.
Now adds 2 bleed + 2 of every Other debuff.
-(ie before 2 bleed + 1 debuff would be 3 bleed to bleeding targets, now always 2)
--(Vanilla would be 2 bleed to non bleeding and 1 bleed to bleeding, or 0 bleed if only other debuff. so still better)
-(Easier activation and better reward for it's main gimmick. Hopefully that can be cool for stuff like Blight/Lunar Ruin)

-Fixed Warped Echo second half not accounting if the shot that triggered it was protected by OSP due to wrong coding.

War Bonds now has a buff to show you how much of a buff you get.
Now needs 400 Gold + 200 per loop for max boost.
Now gives 120 + 80 gold. (Removed scaling with level)
Now gives 40% attack speed + 40% movement speed. (instead of 40 damage, 30 speed)
--(Power of 2.33 greens with a not so difficult condition is what I want it to be)
--(Don't really know what's best for this item because tbh I don't like Golden Gun)

Antler Shield Proc back to vanilla 0.3 (down from 1)
-(Can deal absurds amounts of damage on it's own so it doesn't really need to start procs as often)

Knockback fin cooldown now 0.1s. (prev 1s)
-(Cooldown was meant to prevent knocking down multiple times in one shot, 1s is excessive for that)
--(Was first added because I knocked a Scav TP boss off Treeborn and that shouldn't be easily done)
KnockDown cooldown buff now hidden. (This is a unused vanilla buff, idk why it was visible)

Lum shot is now 5 + 0 max charges (Useless stat anyways)
Lum Shot now reduces Secondary skill cooldown by 15% + 0%
-(Meant to be like the 5% crit chance on Scythe)
-(Not all greens give a way to activate them on their own but this should be a bit more fun.)
--(Nerfing the damage and making it 15+15 cooldown seems like diverting from the item idea however)
--(There's also the slightly more XP you get from killing with a charged shot which is just like ??? who cares)

Fixed vanilla bug where Chance Dolls effect uses an invisible color.
Fixed Lum Shots effect having blue light. (It's a copy of charged perferator they just forgot)

v1.0.4 - Balancing
-Bolstering Lantern now activates at 75%
-Now is 5(+5) damage, 20(+20) speed. 
--A common complaint with it is that it doesn't activate often enough.
--20% damage with an easy activation is fine. But I want it to be a speed item
---So 1.5 Hoofs speed and 0.5 Glasses of damage. 
---To match other whites that are 2x as good but have a activation method.
----(Maybe could get rid of damage entirely and just 2 Hoofs but needs to be activated, but 28% speed is close to 30% of Whip which is a green (with a easier activation but still))

-Antler now 7 armor per stack (instead of 8)

-Damage is now 100% + 0% 
-Damage now has a proc of 0. 
--(Forgot Damage and Chance stacking at the same time is not balanced)
-Allowed Kockback Fin to work on bosses & champions.

--(to prevent extreme fall damage or one shotting AWU now that it works on bosses) 
-Fixed Knock Down making enemies move toward you.

-Chronic Expansion buff no longer "ramps up"
-Chronic Expansion buff is now capped at 5. 
-Fixed a bug with Chronic Stacking giving too much damage.
--One stack of this item could give absurd amounts of damage. 
--Now it's 50% (+25% per stack) damage at it's maximum effectiveness. 
--Since the mod already makes it scale with level and thus useful at later stages of the game, capping makes sense.

-Fixed Nox Thorn using procCoeff of attack that triggered it.

-Transmitter is now 3500+(875 per stack) (instead of 3500+3500)
-Transmitter no longer is prevented from working if you have an Elixir.

-Fixed Transmitter model being too high.
-Fixed War Bands model being half black.
