Characters... and other things... galore!

After seeing many people break/disable content on their profiles by adding my modpack to their personal profiles, I decided to just push this one release with barely any config changes. Also added back Looking Glass as it makes more sense here than in the main modpack.

This being said; the following configs will be enforced anyway:

-Regigigas (They aren't a character by default, + gave it re-skin as a enemy so it's less "goofy ahh pokemon invading me")

-DBZSurvivors (No main menu changes)

-Starstorm (No main menu changes)

-KingModUtilities (No main menu changes)

-SurvivorSortOrder & ScrollableLobbyUI (Keep same character selection screen as the main pack)

-WAILA (Less spammy log, maybe helps performance)
