Eggs Skills adds a variety of new skills to survivors

Currently, only 3 skills are being added

Artificer Utility - Surge Teleport - Charge ability that allows you to teleport forward and deal damage in an area around you

Mercenary Utility - Fatal Teleport - Lets you teleport to a targeted enemy and deal big damage to it, dealing bonus to targets in the air and resetting its own cooldown if it kills the target

Commando Primary - Combat Shotgun - Simple bullet weapon, 6 bullets per shot, 8 charges all reloading at once, and tightens its spread when it crits
