A simple PowerShell-based GUI tool for launching Risk of Rain 2 with helpful customizations.

🎮 Features

The Risk of Rain 2 Launcher Tool lets you tweak your gameplay experience with ease:

🔧 General Features

• 🛠️ Custom Starting Item: Select any item (except equipment) as your starting item (with "Artifact of Rebirth" active).
• 📝 Item Descriptions: View detailed information when selecting items.
• 💎 Lunar Coins: Automatically apply a custom amount of Lunar Coins each time the game launches.

👥 Multiplayer Customization

• 🏷️ Lobby Name: Set a custom name for your multiplayer lobby.
• 👥 Max Players: Choose how many players can join your game.
• ✅ Voting Permissions: Allow or restrict voting by other players in your lobby.

💾 Persistent Settings

• ⚡ Save Settings: All preferences are saved automatically. Just launch and play next time!

✅ First-Time Setup

Follow these steps when launching the tool for the first time:

📁 Folder Structure

You can place the launcher folder anywhere on your PC.
Important: Keep all files inside the same folder — do not move them individually.

1. Run the Launcher

Double-click the Risk of Rain 2.bat file to open the launcher GUI.

2. Set Required File Paths

You must define two paths during your first use:

🧩 Set XML File (Save File)

1. Click the "Set XML file" button (bottom-right panel).
2. Navigate to your Risk of Rain 2 save file folder. By default it is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\YOUR_STEAM_ID\632360\remote\UserProfiles
3. Select the .xml file inside (random-looking filename).

⚠️ Tip: Make a backup of your save file just in case.

⚙️ Set CFG File (Config File)

1. Click the "Set CFG file" button.
2. Navigate to the config folder. By default it is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Risk of Rain 2\Risk of Rain 2_Data\Config
3. Select autoexec.cfg.

❓ Don't see the file?
You can create one manually: Open Notepad and save an empty file in that folder.
Name it: autoexec.cfg
Ensure it's not saved as autoexec.cfg.txt (enable file extensions).

3. You're All Set!

Once both paths are set, the launcher is ready to use.

Next time, just double-click Risk of Rain 2.bat — no need to reconfigure anything unless the files were moved or deleted.
