Destroying the altar skeleton will spawn a Beetle Guard equipped with N'kuhana's Opinion. This Beetle Guard is Malachite but with double the stat boosts of a tier 1 elite.
Killing the N'kuhana's Devoteee will drop its item, N'kuhana's Opinion.
