- Adds the Paladin, a fully custom playable survivor based on the concept from Hopoo's poll

This is an early release, mostly just getting it out there for hosting purposes, so expect there to be issues!
Overview
The Paladin is a tanky survivor who uses a combination of powerful melee attacks and long range spells.
Known Issues
- Spell effects and animations are all a heavy work in progress
- Skill icons are placeholders
- No proper sprint animation
