Tyranitar
- Adds Tyranitar, a new boss on some stages i can't remember which but it can be configured
includes a lore friendly version in config
sandstorm leaves a damaging sand tornado for a while ancientpower flings rocks at you hyper beam does loads of damage

Known Issues
- Having Lore Friendly active breaks playable Tyranitar's skins in the character select screen, they work fine ingame
- Ancient Power rocks are way too big. The update got rid of the smaller rock effect (by mistake?) so this is the best i can do right now

- Sandstorm damage over time reverted- it just had zero pressure after the nerf
- Sandstorm tracking improved
- Hyper Beam damage increased even more
- Hyper Beam turn speed increased- for its strongest move it was way too easy to walk out of fully unscathed
