Torterra REX
Adds a torterra skin for REX.
btw this is my first time using blender so expect a heavy moderate amount of jank with the model.
todo:
- fix legs during jumping animation (might be difficult cause REX's legs are kinda weird)
- add tail physics
- replace the vines from the run animation
