Penis Seeker

WARNING This mod is meant to be a proof of concept. Once i get shit sorted, i'll update under a genuine name and with more polish. For now, enjoy :)
Adds Alternate Seeker Primary. The skill is homing and very slow, but scales heavily with Tranquility.
"Penis Blast"
Fire homing palms at enemies that explode for 300% damage. Velocity scales off Tranquility stacks.

Figure how the fuck how to do assetbundles- Remove Herobrine
- Change the projectile to an actual palm blast (This shit is gonna have to wait apparently)
- Fix whateaver the fuck is going on with the homing happening after 1 stack other than 3
