Bug fixes:
- Fixed Reform Altar not playing the correct song
- Gave Commencement both Cradle and Cradle X themes, so now there is a 50% chance for either Skedar Ruins or Cradle to play and a 33% chance for either Skedar Ruins x, Skedar Leader, or Cradle X to play *Adjusted the volume of Streets and Runway X, maybe, will have to adjust in Audacity if volume is still too loud
