Changes each starting deck to only the unique hero card. Allows you to have decks under 15 cards, or build them from scratch. You still can not remove cards while under the 15 limit.
All hero starting decks are removed other than the unique hero card.
To install just unzip the folder into your plugin folder 'Across the Obelisk\BepInEx\plugins'
This requires AtO_Loader plugin to run.
