A content pack for Obeliskial Content that modifying scout's cards for Andrin's trait mod.
Add two new cards: Formulate Plan, Reconnoiter.
I'll be modifying this data frequently to make balance. So the picture maybe isn't the true number. You can check them out at the Town of Knowledge in game.
I will keep watching for cards strength, try to make sure these cards display their strength that should be there.
Malukah has two way now. One is the dangerous Witch who curse enemies badly and let her team have power of shadow too. The other way is kindness Witch who use her mojo make team more vibrant.
