Drill Soil Efficiency Rebalanced
Changes the soil collection rate of T2 Drill 1 to collect soil 512x faster than the other drills. This change from prior mod versions allows drilling for soil when collecting intentionally but using the T2 Drill 3 for normal exploration.Drill Soil Efficiency Rebalanced
Soil is an incredibly useful resource in Astroneer for scrap and for basic resources, but collecting is destroys the planets that you play on and baloon the file size with terrain edits and dropped items that incidentally appear during collection.
This mod turns the lowest grade T2 drill into a soil collcting machine that basically instantly fills canisters with soil so that you need to only dig a minimal amount to collect it and can leave your planets intact.
The grade 3 T2 drill remains untouched so that normal exploration can be normal, which includes soil management.
