Mod collab with RockOn!
Light-weight audio pack that attempts to improve the base game's music using ModAudio's features and some scripting. This pack does not include any audio, instead referencing audio from the game and hence is weightless!
2 Customisable toggles prefixed with IVM. Suggest using EasySettings.
1-IVM: Improved Vanilla Music (Adds subregion music and loops all unlooped tracks)2-IVM: Easter Egg (Off by default: RockOn said this may be annoying to some, so I made it an easter egg)Added music to the subregions (or sub-zones) using songs from the game files and referencing them via ModAudio to stay light-weight.
_mu_tired. Unused track in the filesThese were made compatible to also play when its night!
Added tracks to zones that were originally mute.
Kiseff: All music used in this mod is referenced locally from the game and belongs to Kiseff, developer of ATLYSSRockOn: We were learning ModAudio's advanced features together and I decided to revive this idea from months ago. Credits for creating the icon, playtesting the pack, and providing suggestions. Mod pageMarioalexsan: Creator of ModAudio, implementing many of the feature requests I had that are used in this pack. Taught us how to use the library and also Lua, troubleshooting and verifying our route files for us as well. Mod pageZera: I directly referenced their Lua script file for subregion music from Zera Atlyss Remix and made a mega-one for my purpose. Mod pageMiss Monster: My primary motivation for just about everything since joining the ATLYSS community. She's the reason I kept my motivation to work with ModAudio and start learning Lua. Credited for assistance in picking out tracks and feedback. Mod page <3This pack was designed for game version 112025.a4 using ModAudio V4.1.2, and does not locally contain any music.
If any major changes are made to the vanilla game, this pack is at risk of having incompatibilities.
Subregion music will play when my routes are playing. If another route is playing, then there won't be subregion music unless they added their own.
Should only be a minor confusion with Ithra's Vanilla Music Pack, which serves a different purpose than mine.
