Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool (Banjo-Kazooie)
This is the Banjo-Kazooie version of the Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool mod.
What This Mod Does
This mod enables players to transfer their collected Stop 'n' Swop items to other N64 Recompilation games to unlock rewards in those games.
*Requires Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool mod for appropriate games.
Required Dependency
The RecompExternalPython for BanjoRecompiled mod is required for Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool to work.
To Install RecompExternalPython for BanjoRecompiled
- Download the mod
- Extract the mod
- Drag and drop all files (minus
CHANGELOG.md, README.md, icon.png, and manifest.json) into your Banjo-Kazooie mods folder. The game will not run start if this is not done correctly.
- While technically you do not need all of the files depending on your operating system, it is easier to just move them all into your mods folder than sort through them all. If you know what you are doing, then drag and drop the files you need for your operating system.
- Follow any additional instructions provided by RecompExternalPython for BanjoRecompiled (if any).
To Transfer Data
- Navigate in your preferred file explorer application to the folder location where your Banjo-Kazooie: Recompiled application is running from.
- In this location there should be a file called "sns_data.bksns". Copy this file to your clipboard.
- Navigate to the folder location that houses the game you wish to transfer Stop 'n' Swop data to.
- Paste the "sns_data.bksns" file. If that game has a "Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool" mod enabled, then it will read the data when you start the game, and rewards will be given for unlocked Stop 'n' Swop items.
