Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool (Banjo-Kazooie)
This is the Banjo-Kazooie version of the Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool mod.
What This Mod Does
This mod enables players to transfer their collected Stop 'n' Swop items to other N64 Recompilation games to unlock rewards in those games.
*Requires Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool mod for appropriate games.
Required Dependency
The RecompExternalPython for BanjoRecompiled mod is required for Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool to work.
To Transfer Data
* Flatpak players: Please see the Flatpak Players to see where your sns_data.bksns file should be located.
- Navigate in your preferred file explorer application to the folder location where your Banjo-Kazooie: Recompiled application is running from.
- In this location there should be a file called "sns_data.bksns". Copy this file to your clipboard.
- Navigate to the folder location that houses the game you wish to transfer Stop 'n' Swop data to.
- Paste the "sns_data.bksns" file. If that game has a "Stop 'n' Swop Transfer Tool" mod enabled, then it will read the data when you start the game, and rewards will be given for unlocked Stop 'n' Swop items.
Flatpak Players
Your sns_data.bksns file should be located at ~/.var/app/io.github.banjorecomp.banjorecomp/data. If it is not there, try leaving Gruntilda's Lair, then reentering from Mumbo's Mountain.
- If you are navigating through a file manager, you may need to enable a
Show Hidden Files setting to get to the .var folder.
If you still cannot find the sns_data.bksns file, try running the following command:
sudo find / -name "sns_data.bksns"
