Share Changed Eye State

Adds two rows to the sMods settings category:

• Eye state — force your character's eyes to a chosen mood (squint, dead, sleepy, spiral and more). Your own view updates instantly.
• Share eye state — players who also run this mod see your chosen eyes, and you see theirs. Off means off: nothing is hooked and nothing is sent.

The little character figure on the sMods page previews your choice live.

Sharing travels over a side channel carried inside a message the game already registers on every peer, and nothing is ever sent to a player who has not proved they run the mod — vanilla players are unaffected in every direction (they simply see normal eyes).

Big Walk has no anti-cheat, and this mod doesn't change how the game plays.
