After exactly 4 years, its finally possible. The middle finger is possible on headsets that are not Valve Index.

This mod works on PCVR AND Standalone Quest (I haven't tested on Quest but none of my code is PCVR specific so most likely it works)

How Does This Work: Game-Wise

Normally in BONELAB, pressing grip and hovering on trigger does this.

But with this mod, pressing grip and hovering on trigger does this.

How Does This Work: Technical-Wise

Basically, this mod has if statements that check which buttons are pressed and being hovered and then depending on the condition, appropriately sets the middle finger. Also this isn't AI generated.

How To Install

Make sure you have MelonLoader installed (BONELIB is NOT needed for this)

Now you can install it using Thunderstore Mod Assistant or manually using the methods below:

For PCVR, Download the mod, open the ZIP folder, open the Mods folder, and drag the .dll file into your BONELAB Code Mods folder (Usually located at This PC/Local Disk (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/BONELAB/Mods for Steam or This PC/Local Disk (C:)/Program Files/Meta Horizon/Software/Software/stress-level-zero-bonelab/Mods).

For Standalone, Download the mod, open Mobile VR Station, click Android Fixes Configuration Wizard, click Show All Options, click Configure Manage All Files, click Open Files All, open the ZIP folder, open the Mods folder, and copy the .dll file into the BONELAB Code Mods folder (to get to it, click Your Quest/MelonLoader/com.stresslevelzero.bonelab/Mods and paste it into there).

Is This For BONEWORKS Or BONELAB

This specific mod is for BONELAB however someone made a BONEWORKS version that functions the exact same way here

What Headsets Does This Work On

Everything with a trigger button that can sense when your touching it (not pressing it, touching it) and a grip button. This mod DOES work on Index (well atleast I think I don't have an Index) but the purpose of this mod makes no sense when using Index.

Because I wanted to flip people off in BONELAB but not use that one Finger Pose mod on ModIO

Does It Work In Fusion

I actually don't know. I haven't tested in Fusion but it most likely works (Well atleast for you, I don't know if other players will see it or if they need the code mod also or what will happen)
