I wouldn't recommend changing any of these settings, but you can if you really want to for some reason

Affects how smoothed the data that's used for movement compensation is.
- I'd recommend using the "adaptive" setting

Enables/Disables bullet drop compensation.
- Disabling this will make the mod less accurate at longer distances

Enables/Disables movement compensation.
- Disabling this will make the mod less accurate in every scenario where the target is moving
