Reworked spectator voice: dead players can now talk to each other and can still hear living players, but the living can NOT hear the dead. You're also muted to the living the instant you die, so you can't blurt out who killed you before the round moves on.
New host setting "One-Stab Knife" (Traitor Gear, OFF by default): replaces the Traitor knife with a one-hit-kill knife that becomes ungrabbable after it stabs someone.
A Jester who becomes the Psychopath now respawns with the same primary weapon they had as the Jester.
Fixed the Jester wrongly getting the "THE JESTER TRICKED YOU" message when they were killed — that message now only shows to a player who actually killed a Jester.
