In bonelib settings you can change these parameters:

Min Distance - determines at what distance a bullet must be fired to produce a whiz.

PassDistance - determines how far a bullet must pass you for a whistle to be heard. For example: a bullet passes 10 meters from you – no whistle is heard; a bullet passes a meter from you – a whistle is heard.

SpeedThreshold = 250.0 - determines the speed at which a bullet must fly to be heard.
