This is based off of SonOfForehead's FlatPlayerCheck (FULL CREDITS TO THEM) But For Oculus Pc Store Open XR Runtime
To open in VR mode, simply have OculusDash open (should happen automatically when loading into link) and it'll
automatically open in VR.
To open in FlatPlayer, just ensure OculusDash closed.
There's ZERO point in installing this if you're on quest.
