VehicleOverloader

Gives you a multiplier in the BoneMenu to change vehicle speed.

Features:

Vehicle Speed Multiplier - the multiplier which controls a vehicle's max speed (Note: if you change this with already spawned vehicles they won't be updated. Vehicle's max speed is only modified on spawn.)

Reset Preferences - Resets preferences to default.
