Added a Gun Adjuster. Tune whatever gun you are holding: crank the fire rate, force full-auto, dial in recoil control, and give it a bottomless mag so you never reload. There is also muzzle velocity, a forced suppressor, and no-slide-lock. Set it once and every gun you pick up follows the same rules. Three new hotkeys let you flip it mid-fight.
