Allows control over the Windows Media Transport Control system in BoneMenu.
Works with a wide range of apps! As long as the app reports itself to Windows, it should work.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This might not work at all on older versions of Windows! This was built with Windows 11 in mind.
The Windows SDK is very version-specific, things built with Windows 11's SDK likely won't work with Windows 10.
Obviously, this will never work on Quest. I shouldn't even have to mention that.
