Casuals hitmarkers

More hitmarkers to the hitmarkers mod by adamdev since I don't know how to actually make mods :( List of hitmarkers:

1. Green Hitmarkers – Recolor of the default skin (your current active one).
   1. Blue Hitmarkers – Recolor of the default skin.
   2. Orange Hitmarkers – Recolor of the default skin.
   3. Red Hitmarkers – Recolor of the default skin.
   4. Yellow Hitmarkers – Recolor of the default skin.
   5. The Rock – Image of The Rock doing his famous eyebrow lift, paired with the Vine boom sound effect.
   6. Pointless Hitmarkers – Displays “hit” on any hit and “dead” on kills, emphasizing text over visuals.
   7. Radioactivity – Shows a radioactive symbol; similar to the default skin.
   8. Red and White Hitmarkers – Designed to resemble the old default Hitmarkers by the Hitmarkers mod developer. IMPORTANT Nothing for here right now check the changelog though :D
