Title says it all, allows you to grab anything. (Also known as ModThatIsMod3)

Warnings
This mod likely will cause unintended behavior in lots of places, so expect some jank. There's a rare chance the game may randomly crash while loading, no idea how to fix. The mod does work with SlideScale, but will throw errors in the console, ignore these. If new items / maps are loaded, click "O" to rerun setup.
ModPref / Menu Settings
These will need a scene (Or potentially game) reload to take effect
ModToggle: Toggles the mod fully ModToggle: Toggles the mod on or off (Requires scene reload)
