LiDAR Scanner

A handheld LiDAR scanner that works similarly to the one in Scanner Sombre or the Gmod Lidar mod

features:

• downward sweeping scan
• can pretty accurately scan the subject
• great in dark maps like sewer, or with DarkScenes installed
• scans slowly degrade over the course of 5 minutes, as a neat little effect (so your graphics card doesn't explode)

known major issue: weird floaty scan appearing in front of the scanner sometimes, unknown why it happens or how to fix it, please tell me if you know
