Combine Metrocop

UPDATE 1.2.0 redid some work with the sounds to make the flatline on death a bit louder, and got it to show up in the spawning menu.

UPDATE 1.2.1 okay, it SHOULD be fixed now. so sorry about it not showing up in spawn menu, i'm not sure what caused that. I reverted it to a test version so the sounds aren't quite as loud, but if i can get a better sounding one that actually works i'll put another update. enjoy!
