Blood Gulch from Halo: Combat Evolved

This is a port of Blood Gulch from Halo: Combat Evolved.
It has a functioning teleporter (hopefully!), and multiple spawns for each side (No teams as of now, though).
Models and textures are property of Bungie Inc. and Microsoft Game Studios.
Thanks to trev#1477 for modifying the Custom Map SDK teleportation script so the teleporters would actually work like they do in the source material.
